Weida Marketing Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of WEIDA, was honoured to host a delegation from the Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara (SPAN) – Southern Regional Office together with Chairman from the Persatuan Tukang Paip Negeri Sembilan (PTPNS) for an official visit to our Nilai manufacturing plant on Wednesday, 26 November at 2:00 PM. The delegation was led by Ts. Mohd Fahrurrozy Wakimin, Senior Assistant Director, SPAN Southern Regional Office.
Presentation & Technical Briefing
The visit began with a comprehensive presentation highlighting Weida’s manufacturing capabilities, product quality standards and compliance with SPAN and Malaysian Standards. Delegates were briefed on the technical performance of Weida’s water tanks and septic tank systems, followed by an interactive Q&A session to address specific technical queries.
Token of Appreciation
As part of the engagement, Weida presented tokens of appreciation to the representatives from SPAN and PTPNS. A group photo was taken to commemorate the occasion and reflect the positive collaboration between the organisations.
Plant Tour & Operational Insights
The session continued with a guided tour of the Nilai production facility, where delegates were able to observe Weida’s rotational moulding operations and quality control processes. The tour provided firsthand insights into the technology, equipment and procedures involved in producing high-performance polyethylene water and wastewater solutions.
