Weida Marketing Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of WEIDA, held a half-day Team Building Programme on 23 October 2026 at Wyndham Ion Majestic Hotel, Genting Highlands, Pahang bringing together 20 participants for a series of interactive and collaborative activities.
The programme provided an opportunity for participants to strengthen communication, teamwork and working relationships beyond their day-to-day work environment. Through a combination of indoor and outdoor activities, participants were encouraged to collaborate, solve problems and work towards common goals.
Among the activities were Warrior Dance, Silent Chandi, Search & Find and Look for the Gold, together with the “Chin A. Jones” themed team challenge. The activities required participants to exchange ideas, coordinate their efforts and apply teamwork to complete each challenge.
The programme concluded with recognition of the winning team. More importantly, the session highlighted the value of effective communication, trust and collaboration in achieving shared objectives. Through initiatives such as the Weida Team Building 2026, WEIDA continues to create opportunities for colleagues to strengthen connections and build a more collaborative working environment, reinforcing the spirit of “One WEIDA, One Team.”
