{"id":1930,"date":"2026-11-05T09:06:17","date_gmt":"2026-11-05T01:06:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.weida.com.my\/website\/?post_type=news-events&#038;p=1930"},"modified":"2026-11-05T09:06:18","modified_gmt":"2026-11-05T01:06:18","slug":"weida-team-building-2026-strengthens-teamwork-and-collaboration","status":"publish","type":"news-events","link":"https:\/\/www.weida.com.my\/website\/news-events\/weida-team-building-2026-strengthens-teamwork-and-collaboration","title":{"rendered":"Weida Team Building 2026 Strengthens Teamwork and Collaboration"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Weida Marketing Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of WEIDA, held a half-day <strong>Team Building Programme<\/strong> on <strong>23 October 2026<\/strong> at <strong>Wyndham Ion Majestic Hotel, Genting Highlands, Pahang<\/strong> bringing together <strong>20 participants<\/strong> for a series of interactive and collaborative activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The programme provided an opportunity for participants to strengthen communication, teamwork and working relationships beyond their day-to-day work environment. Through a combination of indoor and outdoor activities, participants were encouraged to collaborate, solve problems and work towards common goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among the activities were <strong>Warrior Dance, Silent Chandi, Search &amp; Find<\/strong> and <strong>Look for the Gold<\/strong>, together with the <strong>\u201cChin A. Jones\u201d<\/strong> themed team challenge. The activities required participants to exchange ideas, coordinate their efforts and apply teamwork to complete each challenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The programme concluded with recognition of the winning team. More importantly, the session highlighted the value of effective communication, trust and collaboration in achieving shared objectives.
